Breath, Body, Mind Research
Breath, Body, Mind are gentle and safe practices to help alleviate stress and anxiety. During the sessions participants learn simple breathing practices with movements to build resilience, reduce stress and tension in the mind and body.

Cognitive Rehabilitation Research
